Terms Of Use for Czetbot

Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Czetbot service ("Service"), which is operated by Zdeněk Horák, doing business under the identification number 73077887, with its registered office at Fischerova 686 / 32, 779 00 Olomouc ("Operator").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

Service Purpose and the binding nature of the information

The primary purpose of the Service is to provide information about the website on which Czetbot runs, its operator (“Customer”) and the services/products it offers. Conversations are implemented by a computer model and therefore do not have the same binding and informative value as if they were provided by a live person. To verify the information, we recommend verifying the information on the website itself, or contacting the Customer's representative directly.

Data Retention

The operator stores the contents of the conversations for 90 days. After this time, only the metadata of the conversations will be left.

Dependence on external factors

Due to the dependence of the Service on external factors and third-party services, the Operator reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of the Service at any time.

Customer rights

The customer has the right to interrupt or terminate the use of the Service at any time. This does not limit the right to settle existing obligations.

Conversation analysis and rejection

The operator reserves the right to analyze conversations and refuse to implement conversations that would abuse or unnecessarily burden the Service.

Limitation of liability

The Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of use, data or profits, resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

The operator is also not responsible for damages resulting from the unavailability of the Service, whether temporary or permanent, due to technical malfunctions, interruption or termination of the provision of the Service.

The invalidity of any part of these Terms and Conditions does not result in the invalidity of these Terms and Conditions as a whole.
